A tool that fits your day
We built a tool for a research team at Boston Medical Center. We met with them, built a prototype, got their feedback. We designed around their needs, and their days. We actually got credit as co-authors on their paper — and when something goes wrong, we still pick up the phone.
Legacy software, still running the day
Advice
We had a client come to us asking if it was time to change. They had a piece of legacy software that was running their day-to-day. Everything from the field to the office. Sales to sweat. It was a decade old and showing it. Slow page loads, frequent downtime, they were losing money fast. They had one question: "What do we do?" Our team immediately took action. We spent time getting to know their workflows. What did a day in the life look like? What are their must-haves, their nice-to-haves, and their don't-haves? And we rebuilt it. Fixed the slow loads, fixed the downtime issue. While we were at it, we beefed up security and added a few new features as a cherry-on-top. At the end of the day, they loved it, and we loved hearing about how it has revitalized their business.
